Professional Background

Mr. Lawson handles business litigation and insurance defense matters. These include general liability/personal injury litigation, products liability cases, as well as toxic tort litigation. In particular, Mr. Lawson is developing his practice in habitability and premises liability litigation, representing property owners and managers, security personnel, and business operations in tort litigation matters.

Before joining Booth LLP, Mr. Lawson worked at Chula Vista City Attorneys Office where he focused on municipal zoning, public works, liability, and election issues. Mr. Lawson also worked at 1 Degree Sports Management, a PGA sports agency, where he prepared management agreements for professional golfers and sponsorship agreements with premiere corporate sponsors, including Annexus, Boeing, and Lionsgate Entertainment.
