Mr. Culver is an accomplished lawyer with success in handling litigation, transaction, and administrative matters for clients doing business in various industries, including transportation, dry cleaning, construction, and manufacturing. Mr. Culver is experienced in handling complex freight claims, employment disputes, business torts, and general liability defense. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Culver worked in the entertainment and publishing industries. During law school, Mr. Culver gained valuable experience serving as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw, Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and as a volunteer law clerk for the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney.

Previously, Mr. Culver was an associate at Dongell Lawrence Finney LLP where he represented clients in litigation matters, including those involving environmental clean up, freight loss and damage, fraud, toxic tort, and breach of contract. Previously, his practice focused on entertainment and construction litigation matters.
