Booth LLP Wins a Trial Judgment in Federal Court
The Firm’s client, Ample Bright Development, Ltd, a Hong Kong based trading company, sold goods to Pacific Worldwide which arranged for the goods to be shipped from China to Los Angeles by Comis International. Hillary Booth and Ian Culver proved that Comis International converted the goods and breached multiple contracts by releasing the goods to Pacific Worldwide without Ample Bright’s approval, and without payment for the goods by Pacific Worldwide. The Judge awarded Ample Bright the full value of the goods in a Judgment against Comis International.
