HILLARY BOOTH SPEAKS ON NON-COMPETE AND RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS

Hillary Booth was a featured speaker at the May 26th TIA Lunch & Learn Webinar, titled  “From Golden Handcuffs to Non-Competes: Understanding Employment Contracts & Restrictions.”  Hillary provided the California perspective on the enforcement of restrictive covenants  in employment agreements, the protection of trade secrets, and how non-compete provision may be used in connection with the sale of business or an interest in a business.
