Hillary Booth Speaks on Ethics at the Canadian Transportation Lawyers’ Association Annual Conference

At a conference attended by attorneys from across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, Hillary Booth spoke on ethics in mediation, focusing on the distinction between permissible bluffing and concealment and impermissible misrepresentations.  While there, Hillary and Jason enjoyed the hospitality of the Canadian attorneys in the association, and explored the nightlife in Toronto.  We send congratulations to Kim Stoll (partner at Fernandes Hearn LLP and past-president of the CTLA) for an excellent conference.
