Professional Background and Accomplishments

Ms. Lachica is an experienced litigation paralegal whose primary focus is civil litigation. She has extensive experience in all aspects of discovery, conducting large-scale document review and organization, and analyzing and summarizing documents, as well as providing assistance in all phases of litigation.

Previously, Ms. Lachica was a Paralegal at Worldwide Sourcing Group, Inc. and affiliated entities where she worked with corporate in-house counsel on a wide range of civil litigation matters. She prepared and drafted motions, discovery, conducted discovery plans for depositions, and prepared case exhibits. She also prepared legal research regarding employment, general liability, and construction law. 

Ms. Lachica also managed corporate entities by filing annual reports for various companies in all 50 states, corresponded with secretary of state offices to maintain corporate structure and ensure accurate filing, and maintained entities with the company's registered agent.

Ms. Lachica is fluent in Spanish and assists attorneys with interpretation to facilitate communications with clients and others.
