Professional Background and Accomplishments
Ms. Hoogi handles cases involving construction defects for subcontractors in a variety of trades involving residential properties to large business developments. She also handles claims against property owners and managers regarding habitability issues and premises liability. She also handles general liability tort claims resulting in personal injuries ranging from minor to life threatening. She also handles employment related cases where allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation have been made against employers.
Ms. Hoogi is accomplished in complex motion practice, and in all phases of discovery and related discovery motions. She is also experienced in preparing cases for trial by drafting trial briefs, jury instructions, motions in limine, and preparing for witness testimony.
Before joining Booth LLP, Ms. Hoogi was awarded a Fellowship from the American Board of Trial Advocates, and served as a Law Clerk and Legal Intern where she performed legal research, attended depositions, drafted motions, and assisted attorneys in deposition and trial preparation. Ms. Hoogi also worked as an associate in an insurance defense firm where she handled discovery and prepared a variety of motions, including trial related motions.
Ms. Hoogi is fluent in Hebrew and speaks Conversational Spanish
